How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on every* online order over £30! Delivery on orders under £30 is £5.

How long will your delivery take?

Standard delivery is 3 to 7 working days. Our plant deliveries usually take a little longer - between 5 and 9 working days. We always aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately delivery times can’t currently be guaranteed.

Large and heavy items may take up to 14 working days to arrive.

Where do we delivery to?

Our delivery area covers mainland UK and most of Scotland. Unfortunately it currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Ireland, The Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, The Channel Isles and all those areas located within the following postcode areas:

Where do the deliveries come from?

To ensure our plants arrive to you in the best possible condition, they are delivered direct to you from the nursery in specially designed packaging to protect them.

Items may be dispatched from different locations so your order may arrive in separate parcels and on different days.

What if you're not at home when we deliver?

We recommend that you provide us with a safe delivery place at which to leave a delivery - perhaps a neighbour, a shed etc. This is particularly relevant with live plants. Our aim is to avoid plants being returned to the depot and spending longer than they need to in a cardboard box.

When do we deliver?

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Do you need to sign for your delivery?

All deliveries other than our very large items require a signature on delivery unless you request us to leave in a safe place with a note for the drivers to collect as proof of delivery. For delivery of large items drivers are happy to call the customer on day of delivery at an agreed time to enable the customer to be in.

Can you order from outside the UK?

We accept orders placed outside of the UK and our delivery area as long as the delivery address is within the delivery area.

How do you cancel your order?

If you wish to cancel an order please call our customer care team as soon as possible on 0844 879 4166 giving us your order number. If the order has not already been dispatched we should be able to stop it for you. If the order has been dispatched you will unfortunately have to go through the returns process set out in section 12 in our terms and conditions.
