You can access our Web site home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data.
(b) Automatic Collection of Information
We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals.
We do not use cookies to store personal data nor do we link non-personal information stored in cookies with personal data about specific individuals.
Cookies are used on the site. These are text files which are transferred and stored on the hard drive of your computer, and which contain a random identification number which is not connected with your personal data. Cookies are used to collect anonymous information about customers’ use of the site, which is transmitted to Google where it is used to provide anonymous reports on how the site is being used. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, nor is data submitted by children identifiable as such.

Personal data submitted by our visitors may be used by our subsidiaries or group companies or other organisations in managing our customer services (such as sending out newsletters or printing loyalty cards). The Act gives you the right to access information held by us about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.
You can ask us whether we are keeping personal data about you by sending an email to customercare@notcutts.co.uk or in writing to our postal address.
Upon request we will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data which we keep about you, within 40 days. We charge a fee of £5 for each request. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide a copy of your personal data where we cannot be sure of your identity or if your data has previously been erased from our system.
(h) Changes to our Privacy Policy
Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
